All club events will be Entry-on-the-line. Advance entries will not be required, but, for those events marked (H), you will need to provide your current fastest time for the distance (or nearest distance) at signing-on in order to receive a handicap. No advance start sheets will be issued. Because of the increase in the CTT levy (to £2) for 2012, entry fees for the above events will be £4.00 per rider.

*The end of season 2up is designed to be a light-hearted event. Teams will be selected by drawing names from a hat, pairing faster/slower riders. You'll love it!

Merseyside Ladies Cycling Association

Individual BAR: Fastest average speed over 1 x 10m, 1 x 25m, 1 x 50m

Team BAR: Fastest two ladies from same club (same basis as BAR)

Handicap Championship: as above, but based on handicap times

Schoolgirl Trophy: awarded to the fastest at 10 miles

Junior Champion: 1 x 10m, 1 x 25m to count

Veteran Champion: 1 x 10m, 1 x 25m on VTTA standard

All open events on “D” courses count as qualifying events for the above time trial championships.

Track Championship: to the rider with the most points at end of the season (minimum 5 meetings). Points to be gained at Manchester Velodrome during the January – April session.
